Uma das novidades da música, o rapper Lil Nas X, marcou presença com o sucesso "Panini".
A grande homenageada da noite, Missy Elliott, cantou os sucessos "Get Your Freak On" e "Lose Control".
Logo depois foi a vez do casal do momento: Camila Cabello e Shawn Mendes, que deixaram todo mundo de queixo caído com a apresentação de "Señorita".
